Blu Iris offers therapy for children, adolescents, and adults using a number of different modalities. Most often, we focus on issues related to anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, spirituality, and trauma.
To get started, you will connect directly with our team for a brief consultation to determine next steps based on your unique experiences. This is also an opportunity for us to connect and determine if we are a good fit for you. From there, we can schedule an intake session where we will dive deeper into your current situation, your goals, and answer any questions you may have about therapy. The goal of the intake session is to get to know you and begin building the therapeutic relationship.
Typically, we recommend weekly sessions for the first few months where we will explore and process emotions related to your current life circumstances. We will explore the different layers of your life and get a good understanding of your needs. From there, we will determine the best frequency for future visits.
Do you feel depleted and disconnected from yourself? Are you struggling to find your purpose? Constantly battling the balance between relationships, your career, school, or family?
